Partner Terms

1. Appointment. On approval, BeyondBoxAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. appoints you as a non-exclusive referral partner for AssetAI and issues you a unique partner code.

2. Attribution. A customer is attributed to you when they sign up through your code/link (90-day window). Attribution is recorded automatically and visible to you.

3. Commission. Unless agreed otherwise in writing: 20% of first-year subscription revenue and 10% of renewal revenue actually received from attributed customers, paid quarterly against your invoice. Taxes as applicable.

4. Conduct. No false claims, no spam, no discounts or commitments on our behalf, no bidding on our brand terms. You are an independent business, not our agent or employee.

5. Term. Either party may end the partnership with 30 days notice. Earned commissions on existing attributed customers continue for 12 months after termination.

6. Acceptance. Ticking "I accept" on the application records your name, IP address and timestamp as your electronic signature to these terms.
