Privacy Policy

What we collect. Account details (name, email, phone), the operational records your team creates (assets, work orders, photos), and technical logs needed to run the service.

What we do with it. Provide the service, send the notifications you configure (email/WhatsApp), and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data. AI features send only the specific text/image being processed to the configured AI provider.

Cookies. Session cookies for login; a 90-day referral cookie when you arrive via a partner link.

Retention. Your data stays while your account is active and for 90 days after suspension, then it is deleted. Export is available anytime.

Security. Tenant isolation at the database layer, encrypted transport (HTTPS), immutable audit trail, access on a need-to-know basis.
