Terms of Service

1. Service. AssetAI is a cloud maintenance-management platform provided by BeyondBoxAI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we"). By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.

2. Your data. All records you create belong to you. You can export everything at any time from Settings → Download all data. We access your tenant only for support you request, and every such access is logged.

3. Acceptable use. No unlawful content, no attempts to breach tenant isolation, no reselling without a partner agreement.

4. Availability. We target high availability but the service is provided "as is" on the free plan. Paid plans carry the support terms of your order.

5. Payment. Paid plans are billed per plant, in advance. Non-payment beyond 7 days after expiry suspends access; your data is retained for 90 days after suspension.

6. Termination. You may stop anytime and export your data. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice.

7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
